After school, we went to Nantes on Thursday 22nd February to see the show “Lenga”.
There were four men on stage: three dancers (one of them was also the narrator) and a musician.
One of the dancers was South African. He danced the pantsula and the gumboot dance and spoke Xhosa.
There were also video extracts with their grandmothers.
Our opinion about the show “Lenga”:
the show was long but it was interesting and the dancers were very talented.
We liked the show because the stories were so moving and the acrobatic exercises were cool and funny.
